On October 3, 2023, over 100 Hudson Valley women entrepreneurs and small business owners convened in White Plains to learn how to beat the odds from the best in the business: successful businesswomen, loan officers, grant experts, and business tool demonstrators.

Bridget is CEO of SCORE, which provides free mentoring and education to current and aspiring small business owners through its national network of 10,000 volunteers. SCORE is a resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration. A respected thought leader on small business, Bridget has testified in Congressional hearings and is regularly featured in the media, including CNN, MSNBC, and Bloomberg Business.
Ginger brings 30 years of
industry leadership experience as an executive at large multinational and regional banks in the areas of Small Business, Business
Banking and Retail with a focus on Strategy and Execution, Payments, Treasury Management, Sales Force and Branch Optimization and
Revenue Growth. In addition to roles such as Small Business/Business Banking Director at Citigroup, she built out the Small Business
branch strategy for SunTrust’s 1500 branch network and led Treasury Management in the Business Banking space at PNC.
She is a frequent speaker at National conferences on the topics of small business and business banking and has been interviewed by
Forbes, US News and World Report and USA Today on these topics. Her passion is to help clients with overall revenue growth, customer
acquisition and drive creation of strategy and enable execution.
Nikki brings a wealth of development experience to the nonprofit sector. Ms. Hahn was previously with Volunteer New York! where she developed corporate social responsibility programming for local business leaders. In addition, she has served as the chair of the Scarsdale School Board Nominating Committee, President of the Junior League of Central Westchester and the Client and Partner Development Director of The Acceleration Project. Ms. Hahn is actively involved in many community initiatives and currently serves as Vice President of the Westchester Children's Chorus Board of Directors as well as on Cure JM Foundation's Board of Directors as the Development Director and Chair. She earned both a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University.
Before involvement with Community Capital New York, Kate worked at The Acceleration Project as Director of Client & Partner Development and as a business consultant. She delivered business development services to women and underserved populations, empowering them to start or grow their businesses.
Kate has been active on several non-profit boards in Westchester County. She served as President of Maroon and White, the Scarsdale High School sports booster organization, and the PTA President for the Edgewood School in Scarsdale, where she lives with her husband and four children. Kate has a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical and Materials Engineering, and she received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
