After a very interesting career spanning over 40 years working at EDS, Price Waterhouse and IBM, in various leadership positions, I retired from my corporate career. I now spend time working with entrepreneurs and small businesses and guide them as they transform their vision into reality. I can help Clients in developing their detailed business plans and creating an organization to operationalize their business to offer products and services competitively, keeping customer focus as a key business driver. I have led projects successfully in over 20 countries and am very good working with clients with differing cultural backgrounds, and am able to communicate with people for whom English is not their primary language.

My Industry Experience includes Life Insurance, Property and Casualty Insurance, Health Insurance, Retail Banking, Private Banking. I also have experience working with some divisions within State Government.

I have a strong interest in helping companies modernize their business processes by taking advantage of newer technologies that include Cloud, AI and Automation. I can help SCORE Clients in several ways, including:

1. Review and advise on their business plans
2. Help with selection of technology solutions relevant to their business operations
3. Mentor clients on business basics and revenue, cost and operational considerations when starting up a new business or expanding their current business
4. As a global subject matter expert in the Financial Services industry, provide a perspective on forming international partnerships and sourcing "back office" operations from countries that include India, China, Mexico and Brazil.
5. Lead or co-lead educational workshops related to effective selection and deployment of technology and business operations solutions, including sample Use Cases where Automation, AI and Cloud are used for competitive advantage.
