I have worn many hats in my career but am best known for being the Go-To Executive for Operational Excellence and a champion for “continuous improvement”. I am certified in Project Management, Six Sigma, and Agile Methodology and hold Executive Certificates from Cornell in Critical Thinking and Executive Women in Leadership.

My background, training, and expertise allows me to break down processes, tweak them, and rebuild new ones - finding efficiency and identifying productivity savings. I have led Business teams through huge strategic change initiatives including multiple mergers and acquisitions, opening and closing offices all around the world, and creating Centers of Excellence taking disjointed cumbersome processes, usually globally dispersed, and designing defect free streamlined processes,

People tell me I am unique as a leader in that while I am passionate about Operational Excellence, I am even more passionately devoted to the success of my team, those that work for me, and the people I work around me. My employee engagement scores are consistently exceptionally high and often rank “statistically higher” than my peers.

I graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and have a Master’s in Secondary Education with a Business Education concentration from the University of Bridgeport.
