I am a technology executive and entreprenuer who has been in all sized companies from "three guys and a whiteboard" to a multi-billion dollar, global enterprise. In each I was responsible for all aspects of my business including forecasting, sales, planning, skills development, and contracts/legal/IP. In my startup, I was also involved in raising money from individual investors and VCs. I love writing business plans and imagining how a great idea can turn into an on-going business! Its so much fun to hear a story and then think through all the various pieces required for a successful business. I love to help make sure that we have identified all of the aspects needed for a great business and then getting creative thinking about different ways to solve each piece of the puzzle. I also love being a part of technology development and have been involved with that at every career stop. Whether its web, mobile, or cloud, I have hired large and small off-shore and on-shore teams to build great software products.
