As a part-time CFO for small to medium businesses, I am part of the team that enable owners to grow their businesses by establishing their accounting, business planning and fundraising capabilities. I have a lot of experience working with entrepreneurs and understand the challenges faced when starting a business. My industry focus has mainly been with technology enabled businesses that are either venture backed or owner operated from initial operations through revenues of $25 million. I have experience in other industries as well including energy, telecom and veterinary. As a SCORE volunteer, I can help entrepenuers with their start-up activities including such activities as developing a business plan, forming a corporation, setting up your accounting system, and deciding how to finance it.
