My experience includes leading consulting practices with a Big-4 Accounting Firm in its Midatlantic, Northeast and Southwest regions of the country. While leading these practices, I developed expertise that may be helpful to individuals starting or trying to expand a business including: writing business plans and executing the steps in the plans; recruiting both entry level and experienced hires; creating successful marketing strategies; drafting and negotiating contracts with clients; project management; taxation (including sales tax), and, managing financial statements and results. My clients included companies in manufacturing, retail, restaurants, healthcare, media, telecommunications and transportation.
