How I Can Help You

I can assist you to start, organize and manage your social enterprise. In addition, I have experience in government grants and contracts in order to fund your activities.Together we can explore your opportunities and challenges and help you deal with future planning and potential future problems. During a more than forty year career I managed a nonprofit service organization providing job and workforce development services to people with disabilities. This involved working with federal, state and local governments on grants and contracts. All my efforts were in connection with nonprofit organizations and associations including board development, financial and personnel management and strategic planning. Many of these skills may be applicable to your business efforts even though you are a for profit small business. Over the years I have provided consultations, organizational development and management advice to numerous public and private organizations. For a number of years I visited and evaluated organizations seeking to obtain accreditation. My hope is that you will come to see me with a goal and leave with a plan.
