I am a seasoned technology and research leader with deep expertise in cyber resilience, artificial intelligence (AI), and complex systems design. Drawing from my tenure as the Chief Scientist of the U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL), I provide strategic insights to help organizations navigate cutting-edge technology challenges and develop robust research frameworks.

A Bit About Me
Throughout my career, I have been privileged to lead initiatives at organizations such as the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, DARPA, AlliedSignal, and Carnegie Group. My contributions to AI applications in defense, manufacturing, telecommunications, and aviation have received national recognition, including the Secretary of Defense Exceptional Public Service Award. I hold a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with focus on Artificial Intelligence and am a prolific author, with over 120 technical papers and 14 books that I’ve co-authored and edited.
