As a financial executive with 40+ years experience, I can help SCORE clients with analyzing business ideas, developing business plans, setting up and monitoring the business and optimizing operations. I can help with strategy, transactions, financing, accounting, budgeting, forecasting and establishing KPIs to monitor business performance. I have worked in start ups, growth businesses and in turnaround situations giving me a broad perspective on a multitude of business issues. During my career I lectured at California Lutheran University and California State University Channel Islands. I found this very rewarding as it helped the students to understand the wide range of opportunities available to them in the workforce beyond basic accounting.
