Craft Learning Studio, Naomi Lee
When Naomi Lee began mentoring with SCORE Utah, she was working in a time-limited instructional design position with the State of Utah and preparing to launch Craft Learning Studio as an independent business.
Her initial focus was government contracting, but through mentoring conversations, she broadened her approach to include corporate outreach and strategic relationship building.
Within months, momentum began to build:
- The State extended her employment for another year
- She brought on a second instructional designer with a marketing background
- She secured her first major private-sector client — a physician group expanding its clinic and implementing digital patient orientation and staff training
