How I Can Help You

I can help clients evlauate business plans, establish performance metrics and provide guidance on various business opportunities such as mergers / acquisitions , consolidations and expansions. As a Healthcare Executive, business owner and consultant I have helped numerous organizations improve their operations, expand business models, developed employees, and maximize profitability. As the COO of a veternary company I grew the business from $28M to over $350 M in 14 years and expanded from 7 locations to over 50 in the US and Canada . This was acomplished by organic growth and acquisition. I purchased and operated a post secondary training school and was able to double the size by eliminating nonprofitable courses, expanding the social media footprint, and adding more desirable courses. The School successfully placed over 80% of our students in full time postions after graduation. As a result revenue tripled and the business was sold to a private equity group. I have consulted with large corporations as well as various private equity groups spanning from the entire organizational design to specific functions such as make or buy decisions. I have also taught Executive Studies courses at NYU which included Business Management and Diagnosis and Assesment in Organizations (the use of problem solving tools)
