Marketing Planning for Small Business

This guide is intended to help you get clarity on your goals, customers, competition, strengths and weaknesses of your offering, your unique selling proposition and some thoughts on putting together an action plan that’s simple to use and actionable. We hope you find this useful.

A marketing plan can help you plan and track your marketing efforts. Once you've created your marketing plan, use the Marketing Calendar spreadsheet to schedule marketing activities throughout the year. You can also use this sheet to track metrics and performance. Review this at the end of the year to assess areas of strength and opportunities for growth.
