I am a retired lawyer with 40 years of experience representing small and medium size businesses. Many of my clients are in construction and real estate fields. I taught classes in the area of business, construction and real estate, was co-author of the Minnesota Real Estate Desk Book, was certified as a real estate law specialist, served as chairman of the Minnesota State Bar Real Estate Section and in other leadership roles in my field.
