I retired from 3M in 2024, after 39 years working in laboratory and manufacturing positions. The last 20 years of that experience was in management, managing process technologies as diverse as plastics processing, robotics, 3D printing, the processing of ceramics, radiation curing and the processing of chemicals. I have extensive experience working with teams to launch new products, managing personnel, generating research and intellectual property plans, and managing operating and capital budgets.
