I've been a partner in Fredrickson Learning for over 35 years. My focus during that time has been on finding, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees. I have coached and mentored employees to become leaders within the company and I have led strategic planning. My experience is with people in the corporate training profession, and the services we provide include staffing and custom learning content creation. I can help with employee development and performance evaluation tools and methods, awareness of employment law resources, and with methods for coaching and developing people leaders. I can also help with client experience strategies for service businesses. I read a lot of business books and have used a number of frameworks for analyzing a situation and determining options. I'm told I"m a good listener and that I ask good questions. It brings me great joy to have a fellow business owner gain their own new insights through conversation and perspective-sharing with me.
