Primarily as a mentor to help in many areas of business and finance, consulting, contracting, IT (computers, software engineering, networks), operations, general leadership, including project management, and human resources, recruiting and hiring. I spent 25 years in IT management, half of it with a smaller firm (70 employees). I've also owned rental properties. I especially enjoy people, mentoring, coaching and managing.
