Joe Folsom served as the Executive Director of the Pierce County Economic Development Corporation working to improve the environment for business and job growth, sustainability, and quality of life in Pierce County. He is a certified SCORE mentor since February 2016 and Branch Manager of the Western Wisconsin Branch of Twin Cities SCORE providing mentoring and training for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
