I can help small businesses get started, create business plans and improve performance. As a former strategy consultant and business executive, I know the critical strategy, marketing and financial elements that businesses must get right in order to succeed. And as a former small business owner, I have the practical experience and knowledge to relate to business owners and aspiring owners. I started and operated a boutique, portrait photography studio, in partnership with my wife. This small business had annual revenues in the low six figures. Prior to that, I worked for 20 years as a consultant and business unit manager in the financial services industry.
