Perform calculations/analysis and quantifications to ensure accuracy of data and statistical significance to achieve business objectives. Predict safety and quality risk associated with service and/or manufacturing by providing production reviews/forecasts and project status meetings to internal/external stakeholders. Define expectations and priorities through clear/concise metrics, intricately understanding KPIs, and effective communication utilizing visual tools.
I am an entrepreneur with experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). I have worked in building Data Modeling and Analytics, Competitive Analysis, Software Development, Technology. I have also worked in Pricing Strategies, Retirement Benefits, Market Research and Market Sizing.
As an entrepreneur, I have experienced the highs and lows of owning my own business and I understand the stress, financial commitment, and dedication it takes to do this. I fumbled through the early stages alone and hope to prevent others from making the same mistakes. I am comfortable with helping all phases of a small business but I particularly enjoy developing a frictionless e-commerce site, marketing, logistics, product development, retail product placement, and media relations (including an appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank).
My work experience has been broad and extends from front line developer to VP C-level, including technical product management, product marketing, strategic and tactical planning, startup business development, startup fundraising, executive and team leadership, information services and technology management, software and hardware development, customer service management, call center management, international logistics and shipping, international joint venture company operations, and military service.
