When a business owner is attempting to grow his or her company, legal issues are often put on the back burner.
A mentoring session is a confidential, personalized conversation with a business expert to answer a question or to solve a problem that you’re facing.
I am an entrepreneur with experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). I have worked in building Data Modeling and Analytics, Competitive Analysis, Software Development, Technology. I have also worked in Pricing Strategies, Retirement Benefits, Market Research and Market Sizing.
I can help you in a very important area, optimizing Product-Market fit - will there be a strong demand for your product or services, if not what can we do to improve the attractiveness of the product to your target customers. Success happens when we use this effective process to differentiate your product or services from the rest of the crowd, and making it very attractive to your customers. I can help in product positioning (strategic marketing) and in creating barriers to entry for others.
As an entrepreneur, I have experienced the highs and lows of owning my own business and I understand the stress, financial commitment, and dedication it takes to do this. I fumbled through the early stages alone and hope to prevent others from making the same mistakes. I am comfortable with helping all phases of a small business but I particularly enjoy developing a frictionless e-commerce site, marketing, logistics, product development, retail product placement, and media relations (including an appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank).
My work experience has been broad and extends from front line developer to VP C-level, including technical product management, product marketing, strategic and tactical planning, startup business development, startup fundraising, executive and team leadership, information services and technology management, software and hardware development, customer service management, call center management, international logistics and shipping, international joint venture company operations, and military service.
