I’m an entrepreneur at heart. I’m here to help you start or grow your business. I’ve been in your shoes having sought the help of SCORE when I first started my business. I’ve seen a lot in my 20+ years since that I can draw on to help you navigate the entrepreneurial journey. My areas of expertise include: product development, sourcing and manufacturing, licensing, physical retail, e-commerce, tourism, overnight rentals, conventions, event planning, finance, cash flow, corporate structure, tax planning and public relations.
A mentoring session is a confidential, personalized conversation with a business expert to answer a question or to solve a problem that you’re facing.
Let's work together to identify root cause of problems through hands-on approach to solving issues. Perform calculations/analysis and quantifications to ensure accuracy of data and statistical significance to achieve business objectives. Predict safety and quality risk associated with service and/or manufacturing by providing production reviews/forecasts and project status meetings to internal/external stakeholders. Define expectations and priorities through clear/concise metrics, intricately understanding KPIs, and effective communication utilizing visual tools.
With over 25 years of extensive experience spanning retail, distribution, and technology sectors, I offer a unique blend of skills to support aspiring and established business owners navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship. As a trusted strategic advisor, I specialize in guiding leadership teams through the process of selecting, negotiating, and implementing tailored solutions to address their specific needs and ensure an exceptional experience by optimizing the utilization of technologies and streamlining business processes.
