I have 20 years of food service experience from the ground up. With my background in culinary arts plus business development, I can help any client obtain the resources necessary to start their own business. Currently, I have 3 companies focusing on school nutrition catering, baking, and real estate for a diversified portfolio. My catering company I took from a $3 million company to a $20 million within 4 years. I'm happy to advise any client on how to understand how to grow their business based on the market need for their product or company resources.

Some of my career highlights include: 40 years of experience with most of that at the CEO level (my first CEO position was at age 32), 17 staff who have worked for me are now CEOs, organizations that I have led involved suburban, rural, urban and multi-state locations with revenues in excess of $70M.
