With more than 40 years business experience, 20 in Project Management, and 10 in Marketing and Branding, I'm excited to assist other entrepreneurs launch a successful business.

I have a passion for helping new startups just getting going as well as established companies looking to change directions. I can help you spark creative ideas and develop an attack plan to get a business off the ground or turn the ship towards better opportunities. 25 years of experience in hospitality and live music venue start-ups across the U.S. and S.E. Asia. Have mentored ex-staffers in the areas of capital sourcing, business plans, company structure, branding, marketing, operations, public relations and hiring practices, many of whom have gone on to become industry leaders.

I have 20 years of food service experience from the ground up. With my background in culinary arts plus business development, I can help any client obtain the resources necessary to start their own business. Currently, I have 3 companies focusing on school nutrition catering, baking, and real estate for a diversified portfolio. My catering company I took from a $3 million company to a $20 million within 4 years. I'm happy to advise any client on how to understand how to grow their business based on the market need for their product or company resources.

My 45+ years of experience in Restaurant Management and Hospitality offers a varied approach to mentoring. I have been both in the corporate, franchise and as an entrepreneur which offers a well balance approach.

I have been in the food industry for 30 years and have experience in just about all aspects including owning a restaurant, and owning a personal chef franchise.
