I have almost 40 years of experience in corporate legal matters, with over 20 of that as General Counsel of a mid sized manufacturing company.

I can provide guidance on identification and formation of appropriate legal entities for client"s business. Also recommendations on necessary legal documentation required for successful operation of client"s business (eg., contracts, leases, etc.). Experience with small business funding sources and procedures.
