I sold all 8 of my Wingstop restaurants! I was the owner/operator including all development, operations, marketing, finance and human resources. It was a 20 year accomplishment and now I am ready to give back. I have endless knowledge collected throughout my life that can help anyone prepare, attack and enjoy their business ventures!

Describe how a volunteer can help SCORE clients.

I am a generalist, with three decades of senior level experience in all facets of business. My passion is helping businesses grow and working with business leaders to enhance their skills. My experience ranges from large global corporations to small start-up businesses. I have enjoyed mentoring numerous successful entrepreneurs and executives and helping them unlock their potential for over 20 years.

I volunteer for SCORE because it is great way to strengthen the local small business community. I have an extensive background in employee recruitment and retention, employment law and strategic HR. I look forward to helping you develop a solid operational base for your small business to ensure you can recruit and retain excellent staff.

I can help Score mentees develop, refine, validate and execute business plans, identify and mitigate potential risks particularly the financial challenges to a business, develop cash flow and financial projections, raise funding, build and develop a strong team, refine their business strategy (including marketing plans), and help guide them on ongoing business operations.

Give back to business owners/operators based upon my skills, experiences and background. The recent successful sale of second professional services company gives me the opportunity and the time to devote to helping others realize their potential and dreams.
