I spent most of my working career as an entrepreneur where I started and sold several successful companies. That said, I remember the most challenging time in my career was when I created my first company and the challenges I faced without the support of an experienced mentor. I possess the critical thinking and business skills that would benefit aspiring entrepreneurs and I would like to offer my skills to help the next generation.

I can assist you with Human resources related subjects such as employee relations, recruiting, organization development, legal and regulatory, compensation, benefits, etc. Recently retired. Would like to help others with the benefit of my vast experience.

I can help with business plans, operations and project management, strategic planning, pricing, financial management, and employee development. My background is in the industrial manufacturing sector. I also have experience in generating service and aftermarket revenue from the installed base. The last fifteen years of my career was in P&L management leading several global business units.
