By providing insights from the broad experiences I have had in the past 30 years. I've crossed across a number industries, including: retail, public accounting, fast casual dining, manufacturing, high tech, and financial services. I also operated my own recruiting business for just under ten years. I've been with companies going through significant growth (Panera), as well as those who didn't survive (Venture Stores, Arthur Andersen). I also was part of the leadership team for an acquisition in the high tech space in the East Bay of California.
