I have a lot of experience in working with small business owners and have intimate experience in several different industries and professions.

I have 20 years of food service experience from the ground up. With my background in culinary arts plus business development, I can help any client obtain the resources necessary to start their own business. Currently, I have 3 companies focusing on school nutrition catering, baking, and real estate for a diversified portfolio. My catering company I took from a $3 million company to a $20 million within 4 years. I'm happy to advise any client on how to understand how to grow their business based on the market need for their product or company resources.

Whether it's understanding federal resources, government regulations, access to capital, and a variety of issues, I am ready to help the next generation of small business owners both in Central Virginia, and across the United States.

I offer broad experience in science and commercialization having worked in executive roles in two startups. I am also familiar with small business challenges having run a family business consisting of a restaurant, laundromat and two apartment buildings.

I have a positive attitude and am willing to help bring in new and fresh ideas. I am able to make connections with various small business resource partners. I also think my vast experience in small businesses in many different industries can help existing and new businesses.
