The NON-PROFIT BOARD OF DIRECTORS  (BOD): WHO, WHY, WHAT/HOW?

WHO: A group which is charged with the organization’s governance and oversight.

WHY/DUTIES: The BOD is tasked with setting the non-profit’s mission, strategy and goals as well as responsibility for the organization’s compliance with legal/ethical standards,  financial stability, sustainability.

This free in-person SCORE EVENT provides new entrepreneurs with checklist you can review prior to any new business launch.
