As a small business owner, it can be difficult to determine the true potential of an idea when you’re examining its pros and cons within the echo chamber of your own mind.
As a past “Angel Investor”, I have mentored various startups and other small to medium size businesses. Many of the engagements were focused on strategic planning and go to market strategies, but I have a broad range of experience across many disciplines. I have a deep understanding of financial statements and in some cases I have mentored owner entrepreneurs to help them understand how to read and interpret statements as well as develop cash flow projections. I have also worked with Angel investors and owners to help raise capital, and I have worked though several acquisitions.

I can help clients with virtually anything real estate related with over 30 years experience across all property types from leasing to acquisitions, asset management and structuring complex transactions. But I have also been CEO/COO for several real estate companies and bring a great deal of strategic planning and general management skills to the table. I am a real student of organizational structure and behavior. Managed organizations with up to 300 people down to 45 people.
Generally, in in almost every aspect of planning, starting, managing and growing a business. Limited specific area or industry expertise, but general knowledge of almost every area from start-up to public company management. Most of career as founder and/or CEO
to work with the right strategic partners/business owners/entrepreneurs to build ecosystems, to help entrepreneur/business owner at any level, from impartial advice to concept creation through launch, to grow together, and to bring prosperity to communities. Further more, to help new business/startup to grow, to thrive, to succeed, to remain competitive and prosper. My goal is to create a long lasting relationship, not transaction. My promise is that to be there to support, as questions or issues arise, every step of the way to help with branding client's business.
I would like to help develop or evaluate the business plan and identify strategic and tactical plans to grow the business (including capital funding and provide operational guidance ands score related resources).
