Advise on technology frameworks to improve efficiencies in new and existing business. Help with understanding IT systems and system selection to benefit their business.

I have practical experience in 2 areas: Manufacturing and Sports Retail.
Manufacturing - My experiences would serve my Process Engineering and Operations Management background. This would be especially true for someone requiring expertise in printing technologies, nameplate and label production, and paint/ink color control and color QC.

As an entrepreneur, I have experienced the highs and lows of owning my own business and I understand the stress, financial commitment, and dedication it takes to do this. I fumbled through the early stages alone and hope to prevent others from making the same mistakes. I am comfortable with helping all phases of a small business but I particularly enjoy developing a frictionless e-commerce site, marketing, logistics, product development, retail product placement, and media relations (including an appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank).

My background will assist clients in all aspects of manufacturing including safety, environmental, risk management, quality management, cost control and budgeting, key metric score carding, financial decision making, capital planning and execution, constraint and bottleneck throughout management, reliability, waste and energy reduction, talent acquisition and retention, and leadership and succession development.

Fear is the number one thing that holds us back from success and keeps the majority of the working population chained to a job they don’t love. This is what sets entrepreneurs apart. While everyone has fears, it is how you deal with your fear that makes a difference.

As a small business owner, it can be difficult to determine the true potential of an idea when you’re examining its pros and cons within the echo chamber of your own mind.

30+ years of experience in all aspects of business and manufacturing operations. Successfully led multiple organizational turnarounds and expansions in small and large organizations. Founded and led a small manufacturing company for 16 years with a successful business transition.

Over 20 years of experience in IT roles at large manufacturing companies. Career started as a COBOL
developer supporting ERP systems. Before college, I knew my path was Computer Science so there was
time to double major in English. Resulting in an IT nerd who can communicate.
