I'm great with creating strong structors, powerful action plans, obtainable goal setting and empowering staff. My expertise is hospitality, been in the restaurant, bar and nightclub business for over 40 years.

I can help new businesses with the start up process (structure). I help leaders set up operational strategies and ideas for managing the key performance indicators of the business and how to engage with employees to achieve results.

I have 20 years of experience in the areas of sales, customer service, and team building.

I'm Meghan, a dedicated professional with a background in finance and a passion for supporting small business owners. Originally from Ohio, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Ohio State University before embarking on a fulfilling career journey. I began my professional life at a prominent publishing firm, where I honed my skills as a client manager across offices in Dallas and Cleveland. Seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, I transitioned to UBS in 2013, where I thrived in various roles, ultimately rising to the position of Financial Advisor.

My background is in project management, customer service, client relationships, quality and operations. My experience has been mainly in the pharmaceutical, construction and real estate industries. I worked in pharmaceuticals for over 15 years. At the end of 2021 I left the pharmaceutical world to start a business in construction. My entrepreneurial spirit have led me to try many business ideas. While many of these ideas have not resulted in a business, the learnings from these trials have paved the way to be where I am today. I am fluent in English and Spanish.

I have a BS in Biochemistry. My professional experience includes working for Corporate America as well as a family owned company in PHX, AZ. My responsibilities generally focused on projects relating to compliance with EPA, DOT, OSHA and applicable local regulations. This involved working at customer's sites, clean-ups and all related containerization and transportation.

I am confident that my skills in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing, coupled with my firsthand experiences in the restaurant industry, small business marketing, and social media that I can offer valuable assistance to SCORE clients.
