I come to SCORE with 46 years of experience. My experience includes a Fortune 500 company where I grew into numerous high-level management roles over a 23 year period. My career took me to the President of a privately-owned, multi-million dollar company. I then moved to owning my own company for 14 years before retirement. I bring to the plate a broad base of experience in sales management, business development, turnaround scenarios and negotiations. I am an excited and enthusiastic mentor who can look outside the box for solutions.

Offer assistance and support to SCORE clients across various aspects of business management, encompassing areas such as accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.

I can help clients with all facets of small business management from accounting/finance to marketing. I can also provide guidance in strategic planning and building a business plan.

James is a high-energy leader experienced in aiding organizations in identifying problem areas, establishing goals, defining objectives, creating metric-based business processes and implementing procedures that improve profitability and maximize cash flow while incorporating company strengths and established culture to maximize the full potential of the organization. He is a motivated and resourceful executive adept at managing and leading diverse teams of people to meet company objectives and enhance shareholder & investor value in fast paced environments.

I have worked in accounting since 2005 and own and manage a Certified Public Accounting firm serving clients across the United States. I work heavily with small business owners, but have also worked in private accounting for an Inc.

I can help you improve your understanding of basic business drivers (price, volume, costs, inventory), and how those impact your cash flow and business viability. I have taught financial literacy at many levels for both manufactured products and retail services. Additionally, I am able to give guidance on how to create powerful investor presentations.

Aron's expertise is in listening to the needs and concerns of his mentee's to try and develop first principals, feasibility and roadmaps for business value discovery, launch and growth. His focus is to provide guidance for empowering mentee's to navigate their own journey with more confidence and accuracy in designing and executing commercial activities that are financially viable.
