I have experience in government contracts, accounting, human resource issues and managing contracts. The majority of our contracts had federal funding which required extensive reporting and was governed by Davis Bacon wages. I am familiar with financing large equipment purchases and tracking job cost expenses. I ran my own contracting business for over 30 years and employed over 30 employees.
I would like to share 37 years of experiences learned as co-founder and owner of Kimal Lumber, ranging from opening, growing and eventually selling a local company that employed over 250.
I have over 40 years experience advising closely held businesses with budgeting, financial analysis, tax planning and financing.
As a former owner of a business, I have a broad knowledge of every aspect related to owning and operating a business from start up through succession planning
My background is in sales and marketing. Since 2017 I have owned a service based business, Skylift Garage Doors and grown the business from 4 to 30+ employees in 3 states. www.SkyliftGarageDoors.com
