My area of expertise has been devising pricing strategies and conducting thorough market analysis to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. I also have expertise in strategic planning, financial modeling, budgeting, revenue growth, and marketing analytics. I have provided guidance and advice in multiple industries including financial services, manufacturing, environmental, and engineering services. I also helped acquire, operate, and sell a healthcare practice.

I have a very diverse set of experience over my long career. I have worked with small business clients and understand the business needs of the small business owner. I have also started and grew organizations within a larger corporate environment, so I do understand what it takes to start and grow a business. I have extensive experience in
the electrical equipment and energy including nuclear fields. Lastly I have had many different functional roles requiring many different skill sets which are all applicable to assisting SCORE clients..

I come to SCORE with 46 years of experience. My experience includes a Fortune 500 company where I grew into numerous high-level management roles over a 23 year period. My career took me to the President of a privately-owned, multi-million dollar company. I then moved to owning my own company for 14 years before retirement. I bring to the plate a broad base of experience in sales management, business development, turnaround scenarios and negotiations. I am an excited and enthusiastic mentor who can look outside the box for solutions.

I am a successful entrepreneur who acquired a small business (a leading headset manufacturer for public safety and industrial users) from its retiring founder in July 2004. After the acquisition, I assumed all operational responsibilities and managed the business for 18+ years. I have experience, and can assist SCORE clients, with all aspects of small business operations, including production, customer service, human resources, accounting, sustaining engineering, new product development and strategic planning.
