I have 20 years of food service experience from the ground up. With my background in culinary arts plus business development, I can help any client obtain the resources necessary to start their own business. Currently, I have 3 companies focusing on school nutrition catering, baking, and real estate for a diversified portfolio. My catering company I took from a $3 million company to a $20 million within 4 years. I'm happy to advise any client on how to understand how to grow their business based on the market need for their product or company resources.

I can help SCORE clients in developing business cases and turning ideas/dreams into numbers for cash flow management. I can help in developing end to end processes in support of their business ideas and set up and know when to pull in other experts to meet a Client's needs.

Providing marketing, sales, organization design and general management guidance for developing and growing new and existing businesses. Impart the key factors required to build a sound business plan to help make business decisions.

My experience encompasses senior leadership roles across diverse fields such as engineering, systems integration, software development, manufacturing, education, and youth development. I was a professor at a local university for 13 years teaching economics, entrepreneurship, and finance. I’ve had my own small business providing consulting and IT infrastructure services since 2013.

With my extensive background in entrepreneurship, corporate IT management, and academic training, there are several ways you can assist SCORE clients:

- Mentoring and Advising: With my experience in founding and managing both successful and unsuccessful startups, I can provide valuable mentorship to SCORE clients. I can guide new entrepreneurs through the initial stages of their startup journey, helping them avoid common pitfalls and make informed decisions.
