I owned and/or was CEO of several businesses that manufactured engineered products and sold them to other businesses nationally and globally. Time spent as a management consultant helped to hone my skills at listening to business owners, and helping them to shape action plans tailored to their company's capabilities and the owner's goals.

A long career in all levels of accounting from On-Site Management to Corporate level responsibilities provides me with the experience and ability to provide relevant guidance addressing a wide range of accounting processes used for both internal and external customers.

I have over 30 years of experience working in the Information Technology area, holding positions in sales, marketing, corporate finance, and product administration. I have worked with customers from small business to large corporations in leveraging information technology to run their businesses.

I can help with developing business and marketing plans, sales techniques, and topics related to application software. My background includes senior-level sales, sales training, and marketing positions in the application software industry. As an entrepreneur, I co-founded Cyber Marketing Services (CMS), an internet portal for the contact/center call center industry. CMS provides marketing programs for business-to-business clients maintaining a significant market share.in the call center/contact center industry. . .

I can assist you with growing a retail business into a larger chain store operation. My background as an entrepreneur is lengthy. I have founded and eventually sold multiple successful businesses including retail
video rental, mortgage, and Murphy Bed retail/manufacturing.

The majority of my business career was in the Grocery Industry. While going to college I was assistant manager for a regional grocery chain then after college I managed supermarkets for another regional grocery chain until I joined Fleming Companies, Inc. Starting as a counselor to supermarket owners, than as Sales Manager before being promoted to President of Fleming Foods of Nebraska located in Lincoln, Nebraska then being transferred to Joplin, Missouri as President of Fleming Foods of Missouri.

Paul Swiderski retired from The Carlisle Transportation Products Company following 28 years of service in manufacturing and operations in the industrial tire manufacturing business. Paul held various management positions in customer service, operations, logistics, IT and systems. This experience eventually led to the position of Plant Manager of the Clinton,TN plant. Paul was also the Project Manager for the Carlisle Transportation Product’s two year consolidation project which consolidated 3 manufacturing plants into one in Jackson, TN.
