I help SCORE clients who are starting or growing a small business successfully achieve their goals. I plan my assistance based on my experience in marketing and sales in large corporate organizations, as a Xavier University MBA graduate, and on nine years experience as a SCORE mentor utilizing SCORE’s network of mentors and materials. As a result, I have helped clients with business planning, financial forecasting, pricing products and services, financing, marketing, building a strong brand, customer research, community involvement and startup feasibility.

After graduating from the University of Akron, Mike began his career teaching general science and health science in the public schools. John has been an attorney for forty years.His career experience includes the private practice of law initially as a partner in a Peoria law firm and later as "of counsel" to another Peoria firm. He served as a senior officer, general counsel and corporate secretary of a New York Stock Exchange- listed public utility holding company located in Peoria and, following a sale of the company, as chief executive officer and administrator of an endowed senior living facility in Peoria.
