12-Month Profit and Loss Projection

This projection helps businesses anticipate future financial outcomes by estimating monthly income and expenses, which facilitates informed decision-making and strategic planning. 

Financial Projection Model

Financial Projection Model contains a set of input data sheets to list startup costs and sources of funds, salaries & wages, fixed operating costs, and sales forecasts for various products or services over a 3-year period.   The output data sheets are a set of useful projected financial statements (income statement, cashflow statement, balance sheet) for each of these 3 years.   The Financial Projection Model is very usefull to determine your break-even point and the net profit for your business.  

"Bankers Delight" Business Plan

At least in our territory, bankers are not interested in the extensive business plans discussed in most books or how-to's. Instead they just want the facts. First, they'll look at your 1-2 page executive summary and then your 12-month cash flow statement with key underlying assumptions. If that's attractive, they'll read the rest of its dozen or so pages. Here's a good example...
