As a banker and impact lending consultant with over 20 years of experience in all facets of commercial lending cycle from lending, credit, loan closing and problem loan management, I have assisted hundreds of businesses with their financial business needs to apply for loans, prepare all type of loans request for various purposes and from a myriad of industries, guide them through the closing process and assist borrowers when they are struggling with making payments on the loans. My extensive experience in the commercial lending industry with large corporations, small business and community lending including specialize lending programs such as SBA, New Market tax Credit, Low Income Tax Credit, among others, and my diverse exposure analyzing historical and projected financial statements for commercial businesses and real estate companies, structuring complex credit transactions with stacked capital and negotiating various business and loan documents will allow me to assist many business owners with their financial and lending current and more importantly getting them ready for larger needs as the business grows. As a member of the management team for many years, I also assist organization identifying, proposing and executing strategic and operational objectives in the areas of risk management, problem loan management, staff development, process automation, among others.
