I have over 40 years' experience in Food Service. For the past 19 years as Executive Chef of Millersville University and prior to that, 5 years as the Executive Chef for Messiah College (now Messiah University). I served as President of the Mid-Atlantic Region and on the National Board of Directors for NACUFS (National Assoc. of Colleges & University Food Services) from 2011-2014 (Mid-Atlantic Region included Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Virgina and West Virgina). Before my college experience I worked as Executive Chef for Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton and Sous Chef Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt Regency and more.
