Kidney Innovations, Healthcare Education Reimagined offers pre-dialysis education based on its signature Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) education program, “Kidney Greenways.” The program uses the latest technology, apps, and interactive platforms to offer personalized education to promote patient engagement and understanding leading to improved health.

Kidney Innovations Healthcare Education Reimagined is a healthcare education consulting firm. We focus on kidney education for patients in and around the Savannah GA area. Chronic disease (CKD) impacts more than 37 million people in the United States and is the eighth leading cause of death in Georgia. CKD and replacement place substantial burdens on the patient and the health care system. 

As dedicated kidney health counselors, we plan to fill the gap of time management for physicians, educating patients newly diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. We do this with our signature education program Kidney Greenways. This program was developed using the medicare guidelines in Kidney Care First which is a value-based incentive program that will go live for practitioners in 2022.

We intend to use the latest technology to offer personalized education which will include new applications and interactive platforms promoting patient engagement and understanding leading to improved health. We have also partnered with local physicians to better understand their patients’ educational needs. Our ultimate goal is aimed at reversing chronic diseases in patients.
