Best of all, every ingredient is 100% all natural and void of artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, refined sugars, and hydrogenated oils found in most ice creams. Chef Wei brings years of experience at the helm of pastry programs at Cafe Gratitude, The Springs LA, and Erewhon to her original recipes and techniques. Dear Bella Creamery is available for nationwide shipping, with a storefront in Los Angeles, and a second store debuting in Costa Mesa summer 2022.

As first-time business owners, we were pretty clueless about opening an ice cream shop. Luckily, we met Phil, who always encouraged and validated our plans and efforts. He shared with us his extensive restaurant experience and business knowledge, which provided us with the necessary confidence to go out and build a restaurant on our own. Even when it was inconvenient for him to meet with us, Phil still went out of his way to continue coaching us. We left our meetings with him every time with more courage and inspiration.
