My successes.

A complete analysis of the business management was done.  The causes of poor customer patronage were many factors:  Not welcoming the customer promptly when they arrive,  Too much noise from loud music,  Slow customer service by the wait staff,  Poorly prepared food,  Poor menu selection,  No job descriptions for the employees,   SCORE Counselor Bob Bernhard gave Jason many suggestions to fix all of these problems.  Jason had been a business entrepreneur for many years but had no structured management practices.  A plan was put in place to change all of the poor business practices gradually.  This has been a continued effort and is still a work in progress.  The business is now thriving and is turning a profit.  Management records of employees, training, financial sheets, and operating procedures are now in place.

How SCORE helped.
