Doc Burnstein’s Ice Cream Lab features hand-crafted, super-premium ice cream. Doc's first two locations in the historic Village of Arroyo Grande and Old Town Orcutt are the only nostalgic ice cream parlors on the Central Coast serving in sundaes in glassware. Also in Downtown San Luis Obispo, this location is a fun, whimsical ice cream fantasy experience. Watch them make ice cream inventions in their lab in Arroyo Grande and Orcutt.
