Being a business owner may be the loneliest job there is.

My mission is Changing the Rules of Business for Women. As a business mentor, I hold a mirror up to my clients and tell them what I see, suggesting ways they can leverage and learn to fulfill THEIR vision for success. One of my passions is helping women achieve their dream of building, growing, and scaling their OWN business, one they LOVE.

I help SCORE clients establish virtual businesses, leveraging online tools and resources. Women Entrepreneurs are my specialty, and I have coached women business owners for the past 19 years across all aspects of planning, building, and growing their businesses. I've supported thousands of women and underserved audiences across the US in myriad roles, individually and in groups.

I majored in Marketing and Organizational Behavior at Kellogg Graduate School of Management. In various executive roles over the years, my experience has included recruiting, hiring, managing, and mentoring employees plus product development and management, assembling and managing high-powered medical advisory boards. My media experience was with academic medical professionals, and my relationship and expectation management performance set standards for the industry. 
My greatest strengths are strategy, business modeling, planning, and clarifying and achieving realistic goals after defining an achievable Success Destination.

Now I work with startups (new owners), owners of mature businesses wishing to grow, and owners intending to exit in the foreseeable future who want to maximize their ROI well before the transition. Among the greatest challenges for a business owner is to avoid getting "caught in the weeds" while holding a long-term vision for their business. Tactics are so much easier than strategy!
