With my background in business, I am able to assist clients with skills of: human resources/finance, communication/public relations, inventory and organizational management, long-range planning and strategic visioning. This may seem like a wide list of skills but it is what it takes to survive in business especially in bookstores that have such limited margins. I gained this knowledge through my experiences in health care for 14 years and my degree in business. This background enabled me to survive and thrive at the bookstore for 12 years and then sell my business and move onto a new career in Interim Ministry. In this role as Interim Pastor, I do not have control of the organization so I have learned that it is all about enabling and assisting others to clear away the past, organise the current landscape and strategize and envision a future. These are the skills that I am able to assist with clients in the Score program
