I have coached and done business consulting since 1987 with small business owners in all stages of their business growth across the US, UK, and Canada -- start-up, mid-career, and selling their businesses. My husband and I have owned and successfully operated a small business in educational services since 1986. My Masters degree in adult learning and my certification as an Executive Coach have enhanced my 35 years in management within health care, education, insurance, and finance. I believe in building momentum by taking a series of small steps towards accomplishing a goal.
