I can help you get the ideas for your business out of your head and into the open so we can work together on the basics of a simple business plan. Often this starts with an "Elevator Pitch", which is five or six bullet points about the potential business, how it works and what is needed to do to move forward. We then work on a simple three year cash flow projection that results in determining beginning cash needs and provides a road map for moving the business forward. We then work together to come up with some action items to take the idea to the next level. This is done in a proactive non- judgmental manner using my forty plus years of business experience and the clients entrepreneurial passion. I am a retired banker and have spent my entire career working with all types of businesses and industries. With SCORE I generally work with folks who have an idea and a passion for starting a new business but need some help moving through the process.
