I can help clients who are at the idea stage by mentoring on topics such as determining your value proposition, competitive strategy, personal passion and market niche, customer discovery, persona development, target market fit, and minimum viable product. I am happy to and interested in working with any industry or sector. My professional background is in academic biomedical research within settings spanning from large teaching hospitals to higher education, nonprofits, and government. I have served in CEO and COO roles for mid-sized organizations and have an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan. I led an institutional turnaround and have overseen finance, operations, HR, legal, grants & contracts, and programs, so I may be able to help mentor you on difficult business matters. I own my own LLC where I serve as an Executive & Leadership Coach. I have several years of experience advising and mentoring executives and start-ups/entrepreneurs and love helping others.
